Yes. For all Cape Town based clients machines are serviced by us directly. We also have fully vetted and reliable service agents in all major provinces across the country to easily assist clients not based in the Western Cape.

The cost of purchase on any device includes the following:

Delivery to your premises / another address as arranged with the client in advance. Training with a qualified and knowledgeable Trainer / Facilitator. Documents in word format for easy editing: general consultation card and/or treatment specific consultation card, indemnity form specific to the device. We are also happy to assist in creating custom adverts / social media posts / flyer designs, this service is however at an additional charge.

In order to provide high quality equipment, high quality parts need to be used. In addition to that, Faith Lasers do not keep stock sitting in a warehouse for months to years on end. Each goes through final assembly and safety testing only once in order, to ensure our clients get the most up to date and safest version of each device. Unfortunately many low quality and even illegal laser devices has surfaced in the market of late, however this is a clear example of "you get what you pay for".
